&lt;p&gt;Perform import and export reconciliation processes to ensure inventory accuracy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Create, maintain, and audit electronic foreign trade files (Record Keeping)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Manage and monitor Rule 8 (Reglas octavas) import and export permits.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Oversee fixed asset imports and virtual fixed asset operations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Review Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions (RNNAs) by tariff classification.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Validate and review tariff classifications in coordination with customs brokers and classification specialists.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maintain and update master catalogs for materials and finished goods.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Perform material and product homologation by material groups.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Monitor and ensure compliance with VAT Certification requirements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prepare and submit official communications to Mexican authorities (SAT / Ministry of Economy / ANAM) including:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;IMMEX program extensions&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;VAT Certification notices&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Registration and maintenance of Power of Attorney (Encargos Conferidos)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Reconcile ERP inventory vs. Annex 24 balances.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Monitor overdue inventory and return deadlines.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Strong knowledge of&#160;Mexican Customs Law,&#160;General Foreign Trade Rules and&#160;VAT Certification&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hands-on experience managing Annex 24 and Annex 30 software&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bilingual (English &#8211; Spanish) 80%&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Knowledge and management of computer packages: Office (Excel, Word, etc.)&lt;/p&gt;
