Regional Sales Manager, Europe

The Regional Sales Manager, Europe will lead the execution of Gentherm Medical’s commercial strategy across Europe, driving revenue growth and profitability in priority markets. This role is responsible for distributor management, regional sales planning, and new product launches while partnering closely with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Global Sales leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute the European regional business plan aligned with Gentherm Medical’s global commercial strategy.
Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets for assigned European markets.
Identify adjacent markets, new customer segments, and new product opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

Distributor & Partner Management

Lead distributor strategy and performance management, including selection, onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Negotiate, execute, and manage distribution and partnership agreements, including renewals, addendums, and terminations.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key distributors to assess performance, address gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor distributor compliance with contractual and commercial expectations.

Product Launch & Market Development

Develop and execute regional launch plans for new medical products in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory teams.
Partner with Marketing to develop sales tools, training materials, and regional value propositions.
Provide product training and technical support to distributors and end users as needed.

Clinical, Competitive & Market Intelligence

Work closely with the Clinical team on competitor analysis, KOL development, and clinical case studies.
Support hospital field visits to strengthen clinical relationships and product adoption.
Collect post-market surveillance and market feedback from distributors and customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting, SIOP input, and demand planning.
Support product registration activities by coordinating with Regulatory and providing required commercial input.
Monitor regional orders and partner with Operations to support on-time delivery.
Represent Gentherm Medical at key industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events across Europe.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Sales and/or business development experience, preferably within a regional or international scope.
Experience or strong knowledge of the medical device or healthcare industry.
Demonstrated success driving revenue through distributor-led sales models.

Senior Customer Service Representative

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

Provide excellence in customer service support to the organization by supervising the Customer Service Reps, ensuring accurate data is received from customers and deliveries are processed efficiently. Manage customer relationship.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Functions

Supervise Customer Service Representative to ensure the weekly releases we receive via EDI, Sales Orders or intercompany forecast updates from customers are transmitted successfully into SAP. Validate that Cums are reconciled in a weekly basis and evidence is kept for further clarification with customers.
Monitor EMFOR\EMORD\JITS daily to assure red lights are worked through and releases are transmitted successfully into SAP avoiding disruptions in procurement of raw materials and customer deliveries.
Issue outbound deliveries on a timely manner ensuring shipping method, and any special requirements are included.
Address customer specific requirements \ discrepancies \ claims as needed.
Maintain SAP parameters to match customer required dates and transit time.

Demand Analysis

Supervise Customer Service Rep to audit a minimum of 6 months rolling forecast in SAP or sufficient forecast to protect longest component lead time. If a forecast of 6 months is not provided by customer, then the Customer Service is responsible to notify the Supply Chain Planning team as manual demand must be loaded in SAP.
Assure that Customer service will work with the SCP team to assure SOP/EOP/Engineering changes dates and are monitored for successful launch and balance out.
Assure Demand fluctuations are analyzed by Customer Service Rep. and a plan to comply is put in place based on raw material availability and capacity, including quotes for overtime, inbound and outbound expedites if at all needed. Delivery plan is provided and agreed upon with the customer.

Customer excellence – Assure our Customer Service Rep. are the voice of the customer in monthly SIOPs and production meetings. Monitor weekly delivery performance and develop a plan to improve, if necessary, by applying 8D, PDCA, 5Y knowledge.

Excess and Obsolescence – Keep records of slow moving and obsolescence risks. Inform the organization in advance of the dollar’s impact.

Cost management – Keep records of recoverable cost from customers due to overtime, raw material expedites, or outbound premium freight and report to Finance. Monitor payment status of outstanding obsolescence claims and scrap material once payment has been received. Monitor payment status of invoices for disputed charges from the customers until resolution.

New and end of life products- Assure Customer service will work with the SCP team to ensure SOP/EOP/Engineering changes dates and are monitored for successful launch and balance out. Customer service is responsible to monitor and keep track of ending cums and break points.

Continuous Improvement- Assure that Customer Service Rep. Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction programs. Develop proposals to improve/streamline activities in respective areas. Focus continually improving efficiency in customer orders.

Premium Cost - Assure Customer Service Rep. Submit Premium Freight Authorization for management approval prior to shipment taking place. Communicate extraordinary events to management and drive necessary corrective actions to avoid recurring or chronic premium cost issues.

Performance – Assure departmental goals and KPIs are met. Drive continuous improvement with low performing elements.

Direct responsible for implementation of systems and controls necessary in the production process to ensure compliance of the product and process with customer requirements, participating in early stages of launch with direct responsibility in the realization and submission of PPAP to customers As well as the implementation of corrective actions at any stage of the process to correct nonconformities of the product, process or system.

Senior Engineer Tooling Molding

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

Molding Tooling Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of molds used in plastic or rubber molding operations. This role is responsible for ensuring robust, efficient, and cost-effective tooling solutions that support high-volume, high-precision production—particularly within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mold tooling design, materials, fabrication methods, and supplier management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead tooling projects from concept through production, including mold design review, DFM, tool sourcing, mold trials, and final approval.
Oversee the maintenance, modification, and refurbishment of molds to extend tool life and maintain product quality.
Collaborate with Product Design, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure tool functionality, manufacturability, and part compliance.
Conduct technical reviews of mold designs (2D/3D) to ensure moldability, cooling efficiency, and mechanical robustness.
Coordinate with external mold makers and internal teams for tool builds, validations, and repairs.

Proficiency in interpreting complex mold designs and engineering drawings, with a strong understanding of GD&T.
Knowledge of mold design principles, tool steels, hot runner systems, and surface treatments/coatings.

INVENTORY ANALYST

Analyze differences in inventory in any methodology, managing the resources at your disposal to ensure inventory effectiveness according to the Established KPIs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the cycle count program to ensure 100% compliance for all materials included in the defined scope area.
Analyze and correct variations in Cycle Counts.
Freeze the variations found in the cycle counts and notify the departments involved (Warehouse, Production, MRP, Materials,)

Opportunity to provide payroll process expertise across United States. Lead planning efforts to integrate new locations and drive adoption of Gentherm’s preferred global payroll. Lead the U.S. payroll function, ensuring processes are efficient, timely, accurate, and compliant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead efforts to integrate new US locations into existing payroll process and system (Dayforce).
Assess new locations payroll practices, systems, pay codes, and compliance requirements; develop standardized integration plans and timelines.
Oversee data migration, validation, parallel testing, and post-go-live stabilization for new locations.
Identify gaps between legacy payroll systems and Dayforce; design and implement solutions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Lead efforts to standardize US payroll system adoption and process standardization based on the payroll function’s vision, strategy and mission.
Create and standardized integration checklists, documentation, and SOPs to location transitions.
Oversee the daily management for the company’s US payroll (multi-state and multi-schedule payroll) in accordance with the company’s pay schedule and filing of deductions, taxes, filings, recordkeeping, notifications.
Drive continuous improvement of US payroll policies, processes, and procedures.

Customs Compliance Specialist

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

The Customs Compliance Specialist ensures full customs, trade and tax compliance under the IMMEX Program and VAT Certification. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity, mitigating compliance risks, avoiding penalties, and supporting business growth within a highly regulated automotive manufacturing environment.

The position directly impacts audit readiness, inventory integrity, cost optimization, and the company’s standing with Mexican authorities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and maintain Annex 24/30 in accordance with IMMEX and VAT Certification requirements.

Perform import and export reconciliation processes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Create, maintain, and audit electronic foreign trade files (Record Keeping)

Manage and monitor Rule 8 (Reglas octavas) import and export permits.

Oversee fixed asset imports and virtual fixed asset operations.

Review Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions (RNNAs) by tariff classification.

Validate and review tariff classifications in coordination with customs brokers and classification specialists.

Maintain and update master catalogs for materials and finished goods.

Perform material and product homologation by material groups.

Monitor and ensure compliance with VAT Certification requirements.

Prepare and submit official communications to Mexican authorities (SAT / Ministry of Economy / ANAM) including:

Monitor overdue inventory and return deadlines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business (LNI), International Relations (LRI) or related fields education.

3–5 years of experience in customs compliance departments

Proven experience working under the IMMEX Program

Strong knowledge of Mexican Customs Law, General Foreign Trade Rules and VAT Certification

Hands-on experience managing Annex 24 and Annex 30 software
