FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst role provides broad exposure across Corporate FP&A, supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis under the direction of FP&A leadership. This position partners closely with Corporate FP&A, Business Unit Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and other cross-functional teams, providing visibility to key business processes and senior leadership. Through involvement in a wide range of planning, reporting, and analytical activities, the role is designed to build a strong foundation across Finance and prepare individuals for future growth opportunities in the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the annual operating plan, budget, and rolling forecast processes across the enterprise.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including key metrics, variance analysis, and management reporting packages.

· Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.

· Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making activities.

· Prepare reporting and analysis for operating expenses, capital expenditures, and other corporate finance initiatives.

· Support the development of executive presentations and materials for senior leadership.

· Create and enhance standardized reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency and transparency.

· Partner with Corporate FP&A, Business Unit Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and other functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

· Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on reporting, forecasting, and financial planning capabilities.

· Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· 1–3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.

· Strong financial modeling, reporting, and analytical skills.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.

· Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA/Masters preferred

· Prior experience in FP&A or a similar role

· Manufacturing/Automotive background

· Some experience with SAP & Data Warehouse
