SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
At Gentherm, the Plant Supply Chain Manager ensures efficient material flow, production planning, and on-time delivery while optimizing inventory, costs, and supplier performance. The role also drives innovation, sustainability, and overall operational efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage Supply Chain operations, including Logistics, Warehouse, Shipping, Customs, Production Planning, Customer Service, and Materials Planning.
- Ensure on-time delivery, material availability, inventory accuracy, and optimized logistics costs.
- Drive SIOP, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure customs compliance and efficient import/export processes.
- Monitor and improve Supply Chain KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
- Lead problem-solving and escalation management across the Supply Chain.
- Develop, coach, and motivate the Supply Chain team.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, 5S, quality, and company standards.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience leading Materials Planning, Production Planning, Customer Service, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse operations, with direct leadership experience in at least 3 of these functions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a Supply Chain Management (SCM) team within a toll manufacturing plant in Morocco.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- APICS or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain functions and their interdependencies.
- Strong SAP knowledge is a plus.
