MANUFACTURING QUALITY ENGINEER

Quality Engineer will monitor the entire production cycle and report on malfunctions, audit systems based on IATF 16949 norms and internal rules, and determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize fulfilment of work in accordance with standards and specifications, which are approved with samples (models) and technical documentation, terms of supply and contracts. Provides strengthening of production discipline, ensuring of high technical level and quality of products.
• Delivery and control of documentation, which is concerned with quality.
• Entering documents in the PDM system and Windchill system. Notification of responsible persons about confirmation.
• Preparing documents to the audits of product.
• Participation in the development of the product and processes. Realization of other tasks according to the instructions of Senior Quality Engineer of Quality Manager.
• Realization of tasks, concerned with the quality in limit of APQP-group, collaboration in processing of the reclamation of the customer.
• Participation in the development and actualization FMEA, data service, which are with the activities   PPAP concerned.
• Approving of the manufacture-plans with the specification of product and actualization of the produce in the separate life- phase.
• Monitoring the control-plans, also CAQ control-plans (SPC too).
• Participate in zero-series discussions, cooperation in approval of serial production.
• Participate in Reclamation analysis and audits preparation.
• Participate in training of new workers and employees.
• Fulfilment of direct manager’s instructions.
• Conducting internal audits of the process and product audits.
• Report about the executed tasks.
• Communication with the supplier, customer.
• Organize daily work and control quality controllers.
• Performing analysis of the errors in order to prevent their occurrence.
• Participation in daily failure analysis 
• In case of discrepancy, that can lead to serial deficiency Internal engineers must stop the production and inform the management. 
• Following cleanliness and order at the working place.
• Fulfillment of the additional tasks given by quality engineer or department manager.
• Compliance documentation of environnemental management. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Quality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar technical position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and AutoCAD
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge and practical application of the following quality tools and processes:
- PFMEA
- Control Plan
- SPC
- 8D Problem-Solving Methodology
- Core Quality Tools
