Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.

•Performs assigned duties to support the Quality department and meet CSZ Quality Objectives

•Responsible for the compliance and execution of the assigned QMS processes

•Responsible to monitor medical device industry trends for assigned QMS processes

•Authorized to provide Quality support for assigned CSZ product lines.

•Responsible for analyzing and trending data to facilitate continuous improvement efforts and effectiveness of assigned product lines.

•Performs investigations as required to support the CRB, MRB, CAPA teams, etc.

•Responsible for Quality support for assigned development / continuous improvement projects

AUTHORIZATIONS

•Authorized to approve ECR Evaluations, ECN Plans, DMR documents, DHF documents and ECN files

•Authorized to approve DCR’s

•Authorized to approve Test protocols and Test Reports

•Authorized to approve Labeling reviews

•Authorized to approve NCM investigations and Sort/Rework Plans

•Authorized to approve Complaint Investigations

•Authorized to write Failure analyses

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Technical

•Possesses project management, problem-solving and verbal & written communications skills.

•Able to analyze and trend data to facilitate continuous improvement efforts within production and assure effectiveness of product.

•Able to plan and perform duties as assigned.

Leadership

•Able to plan and perform duties as assigned.  Work is performed with supervision involving occasional interactions to surpass hurdles

•Able to provide direction and leadership relative to assigned QMS processes.

•Able to effectively communicate and present information (i.e. able to provide project updates, deliver training, present QMS data/trends to QRB and Management Review, etc.)

•Able to resolve operational issues within cross-functional teams

•Able to analyze and transform data into actionable information.

• Able to lead projects.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 1+ years of experience
