SENIOR CORPORATE RECRUITER
IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Gentherm by identifying and securing top talent. Partnering with global leaders, you will impact every level of the organization—transforming the way we attract, engage, and retain talent. By uncovering and connecting with the right people, you are a catalyst for Opportunities to the Next Degree at Gentherm.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions (job posting through offer acceptance).
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent by utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build an on-going pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Make hiring recommendations, extend, and negotiate offers of employment to select candidates.
- Serve as a talent advisor to stakeholder groups, such as hiring managers and HR business partners, providing guidance and input to shape solid talent acquisition outcomes.
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Establish and communicate talent acquisition metrics and KPI’s to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing best in class service and information about our company
- Create and execute the recruitment strategy for the internship program for MI locations.
- Participant in recruiting projects. Ranging from process improvements, interview training, candidate experience, and technology/tool implementations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of technical full life cycle recruiting
- Proven experience with passive recruitment sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Experience managing and selecting vendors and assessing when to use agencies for search.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Must have a fast pace of play, agility, and ability to solve problems independently to be successful in this role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a Corporate, Technical, Mid-Large size company.
- Basic understanding of Immigration recruiting requirements and employment practices.
- Strong background in applicant tracking systems, Success Factors preferred but not required.
- Process and continuous improvement project experience
- Establishing and flourishing University relationships to advance student recruitment
