Director, FP&A

Impact and Opportunity

The Director, FP&A - Is a strategic finance leader responsible for P&L supervision, forecast integrity, and business insights that support the growth and profitability of Gentherm Technologies. The role consolidates the outlook while operating within Gentherm's global finance model and partnering closely with Operations Finance, Sales Finance, Plants, Logistics, Procurement Finance, Program Management, Accounting, and business leadership.

The Director leads the planning and performance-management process by coordinating cross-functional inputs, pressure testing assumptions, and challenging forecasts provided by the global functions and business teams.
