Systems Analyst




The Systems Analyst will be responsible to apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to assist with analyses, design, development of IT applications and tools supporting the Engineering business function.  



  • Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts and serving as a development lead for most medium and large projects. This includes expertise with application development methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate design sessions with business partners, technical leads, and others on the project team to elicit and define solutions.
  • Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels.
  • Ensures data flow across software systems. Drives data consistency and quality. Continuously improves system processes.
  • Interfaces between business departments and internal as well as external service providers. Coordinates internal and external consultants, software vendors and partners.
  • Play a key role in establishing and maintaining the Agile framework and principles as defined by Agile Engineering office
  • Support the Project and Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment to develop system architecture in compliance with interface definitions and system/subsystem requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Previous experience in a wide range of business processes and IT systems like PLM, ALM, CAD etc.
  • Experience working with Service Now, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint
  • Experience with open-source automation tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
  • Strong communication skills



  • Experience as a full-stack web developer and software integrator
  • Experience configuring, and administering the Atlassian like Jira, Confluence
  • Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • Involvement in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
