Strategy Analyst




We are looking for a dynamic and driven Strategy Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading the Strategy Operations Process, assisting with the development of global Business Unit Product and Customer strategies, and interface with senior project owners (Director and above). This will include monitoring the execution of approved strategic actions, updating KPIs, and creation and report out of management reports.




  • Support the development and implementation of the framework to monitor and measure the progress of executing strategic actions as identified in approved strategy documents
  • Liaison between various functions, including Customer Business Units, Product Line Leadership, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR and any other department related to strategic actions.
  • Develop the metrics/KPIs to measure initiatives, create dashboard methodology to compile info and present to Senior Leadership.
  • Conduct market and competitor research; maintain competitor database.
  • Support detailed market analysis including market size, position and competitive information
  • Support the development of common strategic tools and frameworks set, to be used across various product and business units
  • Support corporate/strategic initiatives as needed

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to demonstrate success in working with mass data and mining is essential.
  • Power User knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Language skills:  ability to draft, read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.  Ability to write newsletters, speeches and articles and make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to large groups.
  • Reasoning skills: ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.  Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.) in its most difficult phases.  Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.



  • MBA degree from an accredited university completed or in progress.
