Long Description

SUMMARY: Conceptualize and design for all global HQ marketing channels.  This role will take active role in evolving the brand’s visual expression. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

  • Create design materials for all marketing media (Print, PPT, Website, Email, Corporate Intranet, Tradeshows)
  • Develops and executes designs for project strategies that support marketing and creative initiatives for our key audiences
  • Support Executive Leadership with design materials including powerpoints, brochures, etc.
  • Communicate with external partners and vendor on projects requirements and manage workflow
  • Support marketing team development and maintenance of file management systems for all design projects including (photography, video, design)
  • Establish templates and brand look and ensure compliance to existing standards
  • Tracking and trafficking projects with internal content owners, understanding and meeting their design requirements and deadlines
  • Brand ambassador across all brand touchpoints
  • Experience designing for wide audience (corporate, executive, technical, consumer)
  • Work with marketing team and other departments to drive efficiency in work flow and processes
  • This role partners with cross-functional teams throughout the business to consistently deliver connected messaging
  • Ensures all communications reflect our branding guidelines and brings our purpose to life
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Specific Skills and Competencies:

  • Clean design aesthetic and understanding of print production workflow
  • Highly proficient in all industry leading software, including Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop), with the ability to work in PC environments
  • Understanding of multimedia/interactive design principles and able to design for Web, Video and Animation a plus
  • Understanding of audiences and industry trends across all marketing media
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and quality assurance of own work

  • Stay current with new technology and design trends

 

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree or college diploma in Marketing or closely related field. Minimum of 3 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.
