Program Management Intern

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

Co-op position in the project management group working with project managers to ensure customer milestones are met and Gentherm internal metrics are achieved. Position will perform various project management duties including sample management, timeline creation, project presentation creation and project reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead a cross functional team to identify and implement VAVE activities
  • Actively manage projects, while ensuring the APQP process and related deliverables are completed
  • Manage the Gentherm quoting process and host kick off meetings to support sales and cost analysts for new quotes and engineering changes
  • Manage open issues lists
  • Create and follow up on timelines
  • Manage customer Purchase Orders
QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Pursuing degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with MS Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Internship Experience in Program Management, Engineering, or related field
