Marketing Co-Op, Graphic Design


This position provides an opportunity for an individual to apply their knowledge and skills to produce a broad range of graphic designs. The Graphic Design Co-op has a passion for design in print and digital and is able to do some work in environmental graphics. They must be prepared for multiple tasks, team collaboration, tight deadlines, high-volume workloads, and working with an outstanding and passionate imaginative team! We're a close-knit team of creatives working across a range of disciplines. The changing nature of our industry keeps us on our toes, and there are constant opportunities to learn and explore new ideas, tools, and processes. This position will work independently and in collaboration with the marketing team to develop new designs and strategic direction for the typographic, graphic and visual themes for the expression of the Gentherm brand. Examples of potential projects include development and execution of our brand’s identity in 2D and 3D applications, exploration graphic themes to support branded environments, and graphic design assignments to support branded communications.

  • Create design materials for all marketing media (Print, PPT, Website, Email, Corporate Intranet, Tradeshows)
  • Support marketing team development and maintenance of file management systems for all design projects including (photography, video, design)
  • Maintain own project management with internal content owners, while understanding and meeting their design requirements and deadlines
  • Brand ambassador across all brand touchpoints
  • Create multimedia presentations
  • Basic understanding of market strategy and desire to learn more
  • Create effective and innovative designs to convey desired idea
  • Ensures all communications are reflective of our branding guidelines

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
