IT Co-op




The IT Co-Op is an end user support role that will provide effective IT support across many aspects of the local Gentherm site. This position will deliver a high-quality, high satisfaction experience with end-users around core Gentherm IT services.   This position is responsible for supporting IT management within the local site, as well as support a range of IT-related initiatives, projects and activities.



  • Greet customers, our Gentherm colleagues, at the service window.
  • Assist them as needed in creating ServiceNow tickets.
  • Provide help, assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters.
  • Set up workstations for new and relocating employees in the Northville office.
  • Provide desk-side support.
  • Support inventory management.
  • Other duties as assigned based on experience & capabilities
