Electronics PM Co-op





The Co-Op in Program Management will be the primary partner to the Electronics PM team to assist with organizing, analyzing, and reporting on the team’s performance. This work will be done by collecting important data to include, project hours, materials, costs, and financials.  The PM Co-Op will have a tremendous opportunity to partner with both local and global leaders and share how their projects are tracking against forecasting and actuals.  If you have an interest in continuous improvement, you will learn our Agile tools and methodologies and find new ways to make the team more efficient. You will collaborate and work closely with the world’s largest Automotive OEMs and technology partners to launch new products to market, driving significant footprint and business growth for Gentherm!



  • Evaluate and monitor project progress
  • Basic feasibility and profitability analysis for projects.
  • Create, manage, analyze, and distribute reports in excel for projects, project managers, and overall department.
  • Collect and analyze project data and identify basic recommendations and conclusions from the data that is being reviewed.   
  • Prepare, review and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Responsible for global and local reviews of the project budget and finances, as well as, tracking, forecasting, and communicating the information.
  • Maintains resource planning information and resource tracking documents and reports
  • Monitors KPIs for Business Unit and Program management department
  • Administer Program Management owned systems and tools



  • Current student attending college to receive their degree in Business, Statistics, Finance or Engineering. Associates or bachelor’s accepted.
  • Exposure to Data Analysis and Statistics
  • Expert in Excel
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
