IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
The Sales Operations Analyst plays an important role in driving revenue by providing data and analytics to the sales team. This person helps to identify sales trends by product line and assists with identifying appropriate targets. This role is key to provide the data that drives key decisions in our strategy development and execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align with Global Sales leaders on reporting and forecasting.
- Develop global short-term and long-term sales plans
- Provide monthly sales reports for territory managers and regional managers.
- Perform all commission calculations monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Manage zip code database and territory and regional alignments.
- Work with the Sales leaders to develop and implement sales incentive programs and provide needed data to support program.
- Assist territory/regional managers with reporting and research any discrepancies.
- Work with National Accounts on needed analytics and provide support on special projects.
- Generate monthly territory/regional manager ranking report.
- Learn Sugar CRM and manage incoming and outgoing data in collaboration with CRM administrator.
- Assist and manage EDI capabilities.
- Manage vendor credentialing process with various credentialing companies.
- Act as liaison for internal and external sales communication.
- Assist with monthly operations review preparation.
- Point of contact for sales tracings from distributors.
- Assist with administrative fees for GPO sales.
- Perform adhoc business analysis for sales operations, as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing analytical role.
- Strong analytics, project management, problem solving, relationship management and decision-making skills are essential.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Cross functional, team player
- Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and Access.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical device industry experience, preferred.
- Six Sigma Certification; Lean foundation (six sigma, A3 process thinking)
