Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance, union coordination and HRIS administration. Works as HR Business Partner in one facility.

Educations and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and five years of consecutive successful HR experience (Max. 9 years Experience) 
Bilingual  - effective communication in English and Spanish.
Experience in specific requirements of automotive industry is desirable. Significant leadership roles.
MS Office Experience, Desirable Success Factors and TRESS not a must.
