Job Duties and Responsibilities:

responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance, union coordination and HRIS administration.

Educations and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree and five years of HR experience
• Bilingual - effective communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in specific requirements of automotive industry.
• Desirable Success Factors and TRESS, not a must. Excel proficiency is a must.
