Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides customer service support to automotive, electronical and medical industry mainly by assuring accurate data is received from customers and deliveries are process in efficient manner.  Manage customer relationship. Be the voice of customer in production meetings. Advise about slow moving and obsolescence risks products.

 

Educations and Experience:
Professional Degree + English fluent
Customer Demand Analysis
Excess and Obsolescence
New and End Life Products, Excel advance, SAP user.
Organization and Planning, 
MRP Knowledge, EDI
