SYSTEMS VERIFICATION ENGINEER
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze electromechanical systems requirements and decompose into logical segments in preparation of test cases design.
 - Create and maintain system functional test cases using Gentherm tools based on the assigned System Level requirements. Maintain test cases according to changing requirements.
 - Create and maintain of (Vector HIL) VT system wiring diagrams and automated Test Scripts using Gentherm approved Tools.
 - Lead execution of manual/automated test cases
 - Support the development of system architecture in coordination with the HW, SW and ME design teams.
 - Assist in preparation of technical documentation, generate test reports for every assigned software release.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
 - We prefer 2+ years of experience with development and or testing in C or C++ in automotive environment, but we accept fresh graduates as well.
 - Demonstrated competence in the development of electrical and /or electromechanical systems.
 - English speaking is a must
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience with requirements management with tools such as IBM JAZZ QM or Polarion is nice to have
 - Working knowledge of automotive specifications for electromechanical systems is preferable.
 - German language skills are advantageous
 - We consider ISTQB certification is a strong plus
