SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write system specifications based on diverse internal and customer requirement specifications
- Design multifunctional, scalable electronic control unit concepts
- Analyze and allocate (HW, SW, Mech, etc.) customer and stakeholder requirements
- Create internal system requirements and architecture based on customer requirement baseline
- Lead communication with customers or stakeholders
- Collaborate with and guide expert teams to define system design decisions and implement technical solutions
- Regular review and feedback for system processes and methodologies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc or MSc degree in Engineer, Physics, or Mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems development
- Deep understanding of automotive communication standards (CAN, LIN)
- Experience in embedded software development (Automotive C is preferred)
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS, Polarion)
- Experience with developing functional safety relevant projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated competence in the development of electrical and /or electromechanical systems
- Good command of English language
