PRE-SERIAL LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- managing and resolving all logistics-related tasks during the product development process in accordance with APQP guidelines, as part of an international project team
- coordinating logistics activities related to product changes and engineering modifications
- ensuring the accurate and optimized launch of new products at European manufacturing sites, while simultaneously coordinating the phase-out of obsolete products internally and with customers
- maintaining continuous information flow among project team members and cross-functional departments
- planning prototype production, organizing project meetings, and coordinating prototype shipments
- assigning, monitoring issue related tasks to ensure timely completion
- maintaining continuous communication with cross-functional teams and customers
- ensuring accurate administration, maintenance and archiving of all related documentation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- bachelor’s or higher degree in Economics, Business, Commercial, Logistics, or a related field
- fluent English (both written and spoken)
- 1–3 years of experience in international business communication, customer service, or a similar logistics role (experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage)
- automotive industry experience is considered an advantage
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- experience working with an integrated ERP system (SAP experience is an advantage)
- strong systems-thinking approach and a responsible, detail-oriented working style
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
