PRE-SERIAL LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • managing and resolving all logistics-related tasks during the product development process in accordance with APQP guidelines, as part of an international project team
  • coordinating logistics activities related to product changes and engineering modifications
  • ensuring the accurate and optimized launch of new products at European manufacturing sites, while simultaneously coordinating the phase-out of obsolete products internally and with customers
  • maintaining continuous information flow among project team members and cross-functional departments
  • planning prototype production, organizing project meetings, and coordinating prototype shipments
  • assigning, monitoring issue related tasks to ensure timely completion
  • maintaining continuous communication with cross-functional teams and customers
  • ensuring accurate administration, maintenance and archiving of all related documentation

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • bachelor’s or higher degree in Economics, Business, Commercial, Logistics, or a related field
  • fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • 1–3 years of experience in international business communication, customer service, or a similar logistics role (experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage)
  • automotive industry experience is considered an advantage
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • experience working with an integrated ERP system (SAP experience is an advantage)
  • strong systems-thinking approach and a responsible, detail-oriented working style
  • excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
