IT SPECIALIST DIGITAL WORKPLACE SUPPORT

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure components including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Support IT project implementation and ensure alignment with timelines and business needs.
  • Deliver training and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff as needed.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and backup/restoration testing.
  • Support internal audits and ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand IT needs and deliver appropriate solutions

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • IT certifications like ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Office Specialist are preferred
  • Understanding factory planning, production is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems is an advandage
