FLUID SYSTEM SPARE PARTS SPECIALIST
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- to ensure full spare part coordination after product serial EOP
- creation and analysis of customer and sales data
- independent execution of work packages
- disposition, calculation and control parts production
- support in developing logistics concepts for run-out and spare parts business
- coordination and maintenance of master data
- support in tool scrapping activities
- contribution to reporting processes
- independent negotiation of quotations and cost structure monitoring
- management of SAP spare parts database and related customers’ purchasing agreements
- coordinating the full order to cash procedure related to customers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc or MSc degree in commercial field
- minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive industry (logistic project coordination, customer care service part, account manager)
- proven track of customer coordination and suppliers’ and production feedback evaluation
- fluent English
- strong MS Office and SAP skills
- ability to make decisions
- responsible and independent way of working
- strong negotiation and time management skills
- open to learn technical details of the products
