AR TRAINEE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• processing customer debit notifications and preparing them for accounting
• reporting activities
• learning and using the SAP program
• sending invoice copies to partners
• usage of customers’ portals
• supporting the work of the department with administrative tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• full time ongoing studies in the field of finance and economy
• ready to work at least 24 hours per week and engage yourself for a year (40 hours is an advantage)
• you have fluent English
• confident in the use of MS Office programs (especially Excel)
• good communication skills
• precise, independent working style
