ACCOUNTANT / AR ANALYST
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- continuous monitoring of customer receivables for EMEA region, identifying the causes of non-payment
- supporting the Treasury department in the cash allocation process
- issuing correction and special invoices based on information received from the sales team, as a result of identified payment differences or by processing customer debit notices
- monitoring price differences and providing technical support to the team on price adjustment matters
- preparing the Cashflow AR Forecast, follow-up deviances
- preparing of complex receivables reports (30+ days overdues, bad debt, sales accruals, etc.)
- supporting of customer claiming issues (quality, logistics, debit notes)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- college or university degree a relevant field (finance/economics)
- you have 4+ years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
- high-level knowledge of SAP
- high-level proficiency of MS Excel
- fluent English
- ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
- accuracy, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility
- independence, problem-solving skills, effective communication, proactive mindset and flexibility
