IT SPECIALIST DIGITAL WORKPLACE SUPPORT
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimize downtime.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure components including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Support IT project implementation and ensure alignment with timelines and business needs.
- Deliver training and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff as needed.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and backup/restoration testing.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with business units to understand IT needs and deliver appropriate solutions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- IT certifications like ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Office Specialist are preferred
- Understanding factory planning, production is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems is an advandage
