PROJECT ENGINEER

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and evaluation of subsystems by consideration all interfaces of the assemblies
  • Design of components according state of the art rules and all requirements
  • Active support of the system engineer or systems lead engineer with planning and development / project targets
  • Define concepts for customer requests and preparation of documentation and presentations
  • Execution of risk analyses and D-FMEA
  • Define test planning in cooperation with test labs
  • Assessment and management of change requests
  • Planning and consistent implementation of development goals according to cost, time, quality, profitability and regional financial targets and KPI´s
  • Ensure the system development according requirements, function and legal aspects

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a BSc or MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, but we are happy to accept fresh graduates as well
  • You are very familiar with design engineering, CAD and project engineering
  • You must speak English
  • You are a good team worker with systematic mindset
  • You are self-sufficient, able to work independently and make decisions on your own

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • If you have automotive experiences, we consider it as strong advantage
  • German is beneficial
