JOIN US AS AN

ACCOUNT PAYABLE MANAGER

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices and payments,
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals and providing ongoing training,
• Ensure that invoices are properly coded, approved, and posted to the general ledger,
• Collaborate with the treasury team to oversee payment runs and forecast cash payments,
• Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring all payables and accruals are accurately recorded and reconciled,
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related inquiries, both internally and externally. Resolve any issues or disputes regarding invoices, payments, tax related matters and contract terms,
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Treasury, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Legal, to streamline workflows and resolve issues related to payments and contracts,
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding accounts payable processes, including SOX internal control requirements,
• Lead efforts to optimize and digitize the accounts payable processes,
• Assist with special projects, as needed,
• Work directly with internal and external auditors to provide analyses and required audit support.

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in finance, accounting or equivalent,
• Minimum of 7 years of accounts payable or accounting experience,
• Minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory role,
• Experience in a multinational company with cross-border transactions,
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred),
• Proficiency with English language,
• Experience with U.S. GAAP or IFRS is highly preferred,
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Ability to manage staff to accomplish objectives.
