SENIOR MANAGER, GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS

What You'll Do:

• Support the CIO in shaping the I&O organization to drive business and IT success,
• Introduce innovative infrastructure capabilities that improve competitiveness and productivity,
• Build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor,
• Define and manage a comprehensive ITSM framework based on industry best practices,
• Lead IT service delivery, define SLAs, and ensure KPI compliance,
• Thrive in an international environment where your voice matters and management supports you.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field,
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture,
• 5+ years in a leadership role, including budgeting and team management,
• Deep expertise in infrastructure, cloud (especially Azure), telecommunications, SD-WAN, and data centers,
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business conversations,
• Strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a solutions-oriented approach,
• Fluent English, German language is a plus.
