JOIN US AS A

SYSTEMS VALIDATION ENGINEERING

What You'll Do:

• you will conduct electrical and functional tests in your area of Gentherm Pneumatic technology products,
• you will test materials include lumbar and massage bladders, pumps, valve blocks, complete pneumatic systems; tensile, thermal chamber tests, and DAQ equipment,
• you will ensure proper paperwork, test data, and testing outputs are recorded and generate reports to be reviewed by Lab Leader or manager,
• you will create and maintain a comprehensive test strategy for each project, in accordance with ASPICE,
• you will convert external and internal requirements into system & module functionalities within the framework of given product concepts with HW, SW and pneumatic design teams,
• you will work in a sparkling international environment with colleagues, customers and  suppliers across Europe, North America and Asia.

What You'll Bring:

• you have a degree (BSc or MSc) in electrical or mechatronic engineering,
• you have at least 2 years of professional experience, in the automotive or medical industry is an advantage (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, if you have some relevant professional experience),
• you have experience with bus analyzers (ex. CAN/LIN/I2C) and traffic analysis,
• you have experience with requirements management, verification, issues/ tasks reporting and resolution,
• you are familiar with requirement management software like Doors, preferably Polarion, and also able to use TeamCenter,
• you must speak English (German is an advantage),
• you have strong organizational skills, including planning, prioritization, decision making, problem solving, and project management.
