PLANT CONTROLLER

What You'll Do

• Business Partnering to the Plant Director in Hungary,
• Active participation in monthly, quarterly and annual closing (cost allocation, support of the finance department), active participation in complies budget and forecast files, reports,
• Supervision, monitoring and development of KPI reports,
• Active support of Gentherm Hungarian, Ukrainian, Moroccan and Macedonian sites all kind of controlling related tasks,
• Budgeting and forecasting,
• Continuous development of the controlling system,
• Participation in the development tasks related to the controlling- and reporting system,
• Participation in corporate, financial / controlling processes,
• Compilation of weekly, monthly and quarterly controlling reports (inventory evaluation),
• Participation in the compilation of monthly reports based on US GAAP,
• Allocation of costs between cost centers, plan-actual analysis,
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports, data provision activities,
• Approval of purchase requisitions (expense, Capex),
• SOX audit support and controls supervision.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor or Master University Degree specialized in Economics,
• You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multinational production company (automotive or electronical industry is an advantage),
• Fluent English,
• Strong experience in SAP,
• Proficiency in Excel,
• Experience with data warehouse applications,
• Multitasking and system thinking skills,
• Openness to new tasks and challenges,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Precision and accountability.
